How to Make Peyote Stitch Bezels

Peyote stitch bezels are perfect for making beautiful focals for your jewelry-designs. This technique uses seed beads to make matching frames for your focal stones. Sometimes focals do not have stringing holes, so bezels are a great way for making it easier to add these stones to projects. Peyote stitch techniques are used to make these featured bezels and you can make different shapes to fit the stones you are using. Watch our video to learn how to make round, oval, pear-shaped, and rectangle bezels, and then take a look at our step-by-step photo tutorial and jewelry inspiration for using this technique in your projects! For this technique, you will need 11/0 cylinder seed beads (Delicas, Treasures, or Aikos), 15/0 round seed beads, beading needles, and thread.
