Sky Haven Necklace Tutorial

Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 11 inches long. Slide a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube onto the end of the wire, followed by the loop of a JBB silver-plated pewt5er ancient design crimp end cap. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a sterling silver 3mm crimp cover.

Add the following pattern to the wire:

• One TierraCast silver antique 8mm Tiffany bead cap
• One sterling 10mm palm frond bead cap
• One Czech glass 11x10mm opaque turquoise blue Picasso center faceted round bead
• One palm frond bead cap
• One Tiffany bead cap
• One TierraCast antique silver 7mm beaded spacer

Repeat this pattern six times, leaving off the last spacer.

Slide a crimp tube onto the end of the wire, followed by the loop of an end cap. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a crimp cover.

Add a 5 ¼-inch piece of 2mm black leather to the end cap at one end of the beaded strand and pinch the end cap closed down around the leather using pliers. Add another end cap to the end of the leather in the same manner. Repeat for the other side of the necklace.

Attach each half of the JBB antique silver-plated pewter leaves toggle clasp to each end of the necklace using a sterling silver 6.10mm open jump ring for each.
