Dark Blue Bracelet

You will start by building one row of Tile beads for your bracelet. Thread a CzechMates glass 6mm metallic suede dark blue two-hole Tile bead, followed by a TOHO 11/0 bead round in dark AB iris, a 2mm round crystal pearl in Iridescent Light Blue, and another 11/0 bead. Bring your needle through the second stringing hole of the Tile bead and then add another Tile bead. Go through the second hole of the previous Tile bead again, making sure that the two Tile beads line up next to each other. Go back through the first stringing hole of the second Tile bead.

Add a seed bead, a pearl, and another seed bead. Go through the second stringing hole of the second Tile bead. Repeat the process of adding Tile beads, seed beads, and pearls until the bracelet is the desired length.

Add a seed bead and a Tile bead to the thread. Add a seed bead, a pearl, and a seed bead to the thread and go through the second stringing hole of the Tile bead. Add another seed bead to the thread, then bring your needle through the stringing hole of the Tile bead underneath it. Now, you need to go through the next Tile bead in this row. Bring your needle through the stringing hole of the previous Tile bead in the rwo, making sure not to go through the seed bead above it (again, refer to our step-by-step pictures for the Damselfly bracelet).

Add a seed bead to the thread, followed by another Tile bead. Bring your needle through the stringing hole of the last Tile bead you added, the seed bead under it, and the Tile bead under that.

Go through the stringing hole of the next Tile bead in this row and all of the beads below it. Once your needle is coming out of the Tile bead on the other side of the bracelet, add a seed bead, a pearl, and another seed bead. Go through the next stringing hole on the Tile bead. Go through all of the stringing holes below it, until you are exiting the Tile bead on the other side of the bracelet. Bring your needle through the stringing hole of the next Tile bead in the row. Repeat steps four through six until you reach the end of the bracelet.

When you reach the end of the bracelet and add your last seed bead, make a knot in your thread. Weave the thread tail through a few beads before trimming it.

Secure half of the antique silver-plated oval flower toggle clasp to the seed bead at the end of the bracelet between the two Tile beads. Loop around the clasp and the seed bead several times for a secure hold. Finish the thread and repeat on the other end of the bracelet.

Iridescent Bracelet

Fold a length of thread in half and add a needle to each end. String a gold-filled 14K 4.6mm open jump ring attached to half of the 6mm gold-plated round magnetic clasp onto the thread so that it is in the middle of the fold. Add three 2mm round crystal pearls in Bright Gold onto each side of the thread. Then, add one CzechMates glass 6mm jet double-sided AB two-hole Tile bead to both threads. String one pearl onto each end of the thread, followed by one Matubo SuperDuo 2x5mm prairie green luster 2-hole seed bead. Then, add one pearl onto each end of the thread and one Tile bead onto both threads. Repeat until your bracelet is the desired length.

Add your last Tile bead to one side of the thread only, leaving the other stringing hole open. After the last Tile bead is added, string three pearls onto the same side of the thread, followed by a jump ring attached to the other half of the clasp and three more pearls.

With the needle on the right end of the thread, go through the open stringing hole of the last Tile bead.

Make a knot with the ends of the two threads, just after the last Tile bead. Go back through several beads before trimming the thread and repeat for the left side of the thread. If you have enough thread, you can reinforce the bracelet by going through many beads in the bracelet before cutting the threads.
