Our hand-painted focal beads are a wonderful way to get color inspiration for your jewelry-making projects. The hand-painted peacock bead in this set inspired the color choices for the rest of the beads and components used. Becky challenged Cynthia on Facebook Live with these components to make a piece of jewelry and Cynthia created this set. You can watch Cynthia make this set and more here.
Cut a piece of 20 gauge Gold Artbeads Designer Jewelry Wire approximately six inches long. Make a simple loop on one end wide enough to dangle the TierraCast antique gold-plated pewter 22mm lotus petal spacer. Then, add the elegant peacock on black agate oval bead and make a wrapped loop at the top of this focal.
Add a crimp tube to one end of your necklace, followed by half of the gold-plated small flower clasp with crystal. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a 3mm gold-filled crimp cover. Repeat on the other end of the necklace.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
