It's amazing what our designers can come up with on the fly In our necklace stringing Artbeads Cafe episode, both Cynthia and Cheri used an array of beads in front of them to create fabulous designs. Cynthia paired Czech glass hibiscus flowers with crystal bicones, rounds, and pearls. For even more sparkle, she showcased a crystal pendant at the center of the necklace. We love how the crystals pull out the colors of the Czech glass.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 18 inches long. Slide a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube onto the wire, followed by a length of silver-plated textured oval link chain that's only four links long. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a sterling silver 3mm crimp cover.

Repeat the pattern three times, leaving off the last bicone. Add the 22mm pear-shaped pendant in Black Diamond Shimmer to the strand using a bright silver anodized aluminum 9mm 18 gauge open jump ring. Make a mirror image of the bead pattern on the other side of the pendant.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
