This statement necklace features an Anna Bronze skull at the center, with lush leaf chain and green beads to complement the spooky and stylish look.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 6 inches long. Slide a crimp tube onto the end of the wire, followed by the loop at the end of the Anna Bronze left facing branch. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.
Add a pearl to the strand and then add the top loop of the Anna Bronze skull. Then, add another pearl. Add a crimp tube and then the loop at the end of the Anna Bronze right facing branch. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.
Add a mini dagger bead to the loop of an eye pin, then add an olivine fire-polished bead, a seed bead and an olivine fire-polished bead. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Add a dagger bead to the loop of another eye pin. Add a flower bead to this eye pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the bead. Repeat this step to make another set of dangles.
Open an 8mm jump ring and add a flower dangle, a floral charm, and a seed bead dangle. Attach this jump ring to the center loop on the branch to one side of the skull. Close the jump ring. Repeat this step on the branch on the other side of the skull.
Cut a length of leaf chain approximately 2 3/4 inches long. Attach one end of the chain to the loop to one side of the skull using a 6mm jump ring. Attach the other end of the chain to the third loop on the back of the corresponding branch using another 6mm jump ring. Repeat this step on the other side of the skull.
Cut a length of leaf chain approximately 1 1/4 inches long. Attach this leaf chain to the bottom of the skull using a 6mm jump ring. Add three floral charms to the leaf chain dangle here and there using 6mm jump rings. Create beaded dangles as you see fit to decorate the leaf chain. We made one flower dangle and two seed bead dangles to decorate our chain.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 10 inches long. Add a crimp tube to the end of the wire and then bring the wire through the last loop on the branch to one side of your skull pendant. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Cut a length of leaf chain approximately 5 inches long. Slide the last link of chain onto the jewelry wire. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Add a pearl, a limelight fire-polished bead, a seed bead, and a limelight fire-polished bead to the strand. Repeat this pattern once more. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Add a pearl to a head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the bead. Repeat twice for a total of three dangles. Add a floral charm to the jewelry wire, making sure it is hanging correctly for a necklace strand. Then, add your pearl dangles. You can add little leaves from where you cut your leaf chain between the dangles if you wish. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Add a limelight fire-polished bead, a seed bead, a limelight fire-polished bead, and a pearl to the wire. Repeat this pattern twice and then slide on the other end of the leaf chain. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Add a limelight fire-polished bead and a seed bead to the strand. Repeat 6 times and then finish with a limelight fire-polished bead. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Add a crimp tube to the end of the wire and then add half of the clasp. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
