This playful pink bracelet is a color variation on our Terracotta Dawn Bracelet.
Thread approximately two yards of beading thread onto a needle. Add two SuperDuo beads to the thread, through their bottom stringing holes. Then add a TOHO 8/0 bead, followed by two more SuperDuos, another TOHO and two more Superduos.
Follow the thread path laid out in the SuperDuo Bracelet Diagram PDF to continue weaving your bracelet. Make the bracelet the desired length, making sure to account for the button and loop closure you will create. Our woven section, without the button closure, is approximately 6 1/2 inches long. Make sure to end your bracelet with a row of two TOHOs, just as you started it.
Weave your thread so that it is exiting out of one the TOHOs in the last row. Add three TOHOs to the thread, then string your thread through the Czech glass button shank. Add three TOHOs to the thread and bring your needle down through the second TOHO in the last row of the bracelet. Loop your thread through the beads of the button closure a couple of times to strengthen it. Then secure and trim your thread.
On the other end of the bracelet, start a new thread, exiting out of one of the TOHOs in the last row. Add 23TOHOs to the thread, and then go through the next TOHO over in the row. Make sure the loop fits around the button nicely. Then, pass through the loop several times to strengthen it. Secure and trim your thread.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
