This necklace incorporates all kinds of unique bead shapes, including Czech glass Saturn beads, crystal bicones, CzechMates Dagger beads, and even some fun TierraCast beads. Cynthia made this piece during a Facebook Live Design Challenge. You can watch the challenge on Facebook. Cut a length of 22 gauge Yellow Gold Artbeads Designer Wire approximately eight inches long. Slide a CzechMates glass 5-6mm jet bronze Picasso two-hole dagger bead onto the wire and attach to one side of the Gardanne Beads lavender enameled brass oval filigree by making a messy wrapped loop. Repeat to attach another dagger to the other side of the link.
Repeat this pattern two more times, then add a bicone, a seed bead, a Saturn bead, a seed bead, and a bicone to the strand.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
