Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Add a stopper bead to a comfortable length of working thread. Then, add a Matubo SuperDuo Duets 2x5mm 2-hole green turquoise and ivory luster seed bead to your thread, followed by three seed beads from the Artbeads Pastel Shimmer Designer Blend. Repeat 18 to 20 more times or until your bracelet is the desired length, keeping in mind the clasp will add about an inch of length. After adding your final SuperDuo and three seed beads, bring your thread through the second stringing hole of the last SuperDuo.

Add a seed bead to the thread and then add the top stringing hole of a new SuperDuo bead. Add a seed bead and go through the second stringing hole of the existing SuperDuo in the previous row. Repeat for the length of your bracelet. Your thread should now be coming out of the second stringing hole of the last SuperDuo in the first row. Add three seed beads and then add the top stringing hole of a new SuperDuo bead.

Add a seed bead and then go through the second stringing hole of the existing SuperDuo in the previous row. Add a seed bead and then add the top stringing hole of a new SuperDuo bead. Repeat for the length of your bracelet. You want to end the row with adding a new SuperDuo after the last existing SuperDuo in the previous row. Repeat steps two and three to make more rows for your bracelet.

For your last row, add a seed bead, a CzechMates glass 5-6mm turquoise bronze Picasso two-hole dagger bead, and a seed bead to the thread. Go through the second stringing hole of the next SuperDuo over in the previous row. Repeat for the length of the bracelet. Reinforce the thread path to make the bracelet stronger if you wish.

Add a thread or position your existing thread out of the center seed bead on the edge of the last SuperDuo in the first row.

Bead Weaving Basics: Starting, Adding, and Ending Thread

Add three seed beads to the thread and then bring your thread through the first ring on the silver-plated 20x10mm 3-ring magnetic tube clasp. Add three more seed beads to the thread and then loop back through the center seed bead on the edge of the bracelet. Loop your thread around the seed beads and the ring several times to strengthen the loop.

Weave through the body of the bracelet and position your needle so that it is coming out of the center seed bead on the edge of the last SuperDuo in the middle row.

Add three seed beads and bring your thread through the second ring of the clasp. Add three more seed beads and then loop back around the center seed bead on the edge of your bracelet. Loop your thread around the beads several times to strengthen the loop.

Repeat steps 8 and 9 to attach the third ring of the clasp to the center seed bead on the edge of the last SuperDuo in the last row.

On the other end of your bracelet, position your thread so that it is coming out of the center seed bead between the last SuperDuos in the top and middle rows. Attach the bottom ring of the other half of the clasp to this seed bead in the same manner as the other rings.

Weave through the body of the bracelet so that your needle is exiting out of one of the stringing holes of the last SuperDuo in the middle row. Add three seed beads and then go through the middle ring of your clasp. Add three more seed beads and then go through the other stringing hole of the same SuperDuo. Go back through the first stringing hole of the seed bead and back through the beads to reinforce the loop.

Weave through the body of the bracelet so that your needle is exiting out of the center seed bead between the last SuperDuos in the middle and bottom rows.

Attach the top ring of the clasp to this seed bead in the same manner as the other rings.

Secure and trim any loose threads.
