Spring is a time of cherry blossoms, budding grass, sparkling drops of rain and warm sunlight. This multi-strand necklace captures all of these elements of spring with its soft colors, silver chain and glittering components. Bring the sense of springtime renewal to your fashion all year round with the wonderful style of this gleaming beauty
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 19 inches long. Create a small loop on one end of the wire using a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube and a sterling silver 3mm crimp cover. String the following bead pattern onto the wire.
Repeat this pattern 12 times and then string on three cherry quartz roundels. Create a small loop on the end of the jewelry wire using a crimp cover and crimp tube. Attach one end of the strand to half of the 24.5x10mm silver-plated 4 ring magnetic tube clasp using a sterling silver 6.10mm open jump ring. Make sure to attach the strand to the loop closest to the head of the clasp. Attach the other end of the strand to the other half of the clasp using a jump ring, this time making sure to attach it to the ring farthest away from the clasp.
Repeat this pattern 18 times and then string on another Padparadscha faceted round. Attach the end of the jewelry wire to a jump ring using a crimp tube and crimp cover. Attach one end of the strand to the open loop below the cup chain strand and repeat for the other side of the necklace.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
