This ring was made with TOHO Aiko precision cylinder seed beads. These amazing seed beads are so uniform in shape, they are nicknamed "The Perfect Bead". Cynthia loves working with them because they are so consistent in size and shape and they line up nicely in stitches like peyote. Learn how to make this ring and then switch up the colors to make this look your own.

Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Create an odd-count peyote stitch band following the pattern in our Live It Up Rings PDF Diagram. The pattern is the same, the colors are different. We used TOHO Aiko 11/0 precision cylinder seed beads in galvanized matte merlot, translucent silver-lined peach, opaque lagoon luster, and PermaFinish galvanized matte burgundy frost for this ring.

If you need to shorten the length, remove rows from each end of the pattern. If you need to add length, add more plain brown rows to the ends.

When your ring is the desired size, stitch or zip the ends together. Tie off and secure your thread.
