I thought Swarovski's Indian Pink crystals were perfect with this patina dragonfly. The colors remind me of those longer days, warmer nights, and fabulous sunsets at the tail-end of summer!
Swarovski Indian Pink crystals combine with a patina dragonfly pendant for the perfect combination of summery sweet colors. The Czech glass wild rose beads are the perfect touch to keep the turquoise color of the patina present throughout the necklace and the earrings. Learn how to make this set and then make sure to visit our Swarovski Psychology of Colors page to see more Indian Pink crystals and to discover how this hue can complement the person you are.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 25 inches long. Slide a TierraCast antique copper 2x2mm crimp onto the end of the wire, followed by a 6mm 18g brass jump ring with patina finish attached to half of the TierraCast antique copper heirloom clasp set. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a 3mm antique copper crimp cover.
Add the large brass dragonfly pendant with patina to the wire using a jump ring and then make a mirror image of the bead pattern on the other side of the pendant.
Slide a spacer, a faceted round, a spacer, and a bicone onto a gold-filled 2-inch 24 gauge head pin with ball end and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
