The warm copper and blush tones of this necklace are the perfect way to add a sweet accent to your style. Czech glass rounds and TOHO seed beads some together, while a small crystal bicone adds just a touch of glitz. Becky challenged Cynthia on Facebook Live with these components. Watch Cynthia create this necklace on the spot in this Facebook Live video.
Slide a 4mm Bicone in Crystal Rose Gold 2x onto a 2-inch antique copper-plated 21 gauge head pin, followed by a TOHO 8/0 bead round in color-lined copper/crystal. Make a simple loop at the top of the beads. Attach this dangle to the inner loop of a 25mm copper-plated 2-hole round lacy chandelier.
Repeat this pattern six times, then make a mirror image of the pattern. There should be two seed beads together at the center of your necklace. Slide a crimp tube onto the end of the wire, followed by the other half of the clasp. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
