I loved Cheri's version of this bracelet so much, I just had to make my own!
Cheri's Arabian Princess bracelet is a beautiful bead woven combination of CzechMates Diamond and Brick beads in turquoise and bronze colors. Cynthia created her own variation on this design with copper and gold tones. Switching up the colors of the beads can create a whole new look, as this piece shows. You can see how to create this design in our Artbeads Cafe video.
Add a stopper bead to a comfortable working length of thread. Start your beaded bracelet design as shown in figure 1 of our Arabian Princess PDF Diagram and detailed here:
Add the first hole of a CzechMates Diamond 4x6mm matte metallic copper Czech glass 2-hole bead
Add the second hole of a CzechMates glass 3x6mm luster rose/gold topaz 2-hole brick bead
Add the first hole of another copper Diamond Bead
Then, go through the second hole of the Diamond Bead
Add the first hole of another Brick Bead
Go through the second hole of the first Diamond Bead added
Continue bead weaving as shown in figure 1 of the PDF diagram and detailed here:
Add the first hole of a CzechMates Diamond 4x6mm matte metallic flax Czech glass 2-hole bead to the thread
Add three TOHO 15/0 bead rounds in PermaFinish galvanized mauve
Go through the second hole of the flax Diamond Bead
Add the first hole of a copper Diamond Bead
Go through the second hole of the existing Brick Bead
Add the first hole of another copper Diamond Bead
Go through the second hole of a flax Diamond Bead, followed by three seed beads
Go through the first hole of the Diamond Bead, then through the second hole of the corresponding copper Diamond Bead
Go through the first hole of the corresponding Brick Bead, the second hole of the next copper Diamond Bead, and the first hole of the next flax Diamond Bead
Go back through the three seed beads in place, then back down through the second hole of the flax Diamond Bead
Go down through the first hole of the corresponding copper Diamond Bead, the second hole of the corresponding Brick Bead, and the first hole of the next copper Diamond Bead
Bring your thread up through the second hole of this same bead
Add the first hole of a new Brick Bead
Go through the second hole of the existing copper Diamond Bead
Repeat step 2 as shown in the PDF diagram to continue making your bracelet to the desired length, keeping in mind the clasp will add about ½ of an inch in length. The beaded section of our bracelet is 5 ½ inches long.
End your bracelet so that the thread is coming out of the first hole of the last copper Diamond Bead added (before you add the final Brick Bead), as shown in figure 2 of the PDF Diagram and detailed here:
Add two seed beads and go through the second hole of the same Diamond Bead
Add the first hole of the final Brick Bead
Go through the second hole of the next existing copper Diamond Bead
Add two seed beads and go through the first hole of the same Diamond Bead
Go down through the stringing hole of the previous Brick Bead and then back through the first hole of the corresponding copper Diamond Bead
Go back through the seed beads and back through the second hole of the Diamond Bead and the first hole of the last Brick Bead.
,
Add two seed beads to the thread, as shown in figure 3 of the PDF Diagram. Go through the second hole of the Brick Bead. Add two seed beads and go through the first hole of the Brick Bead. Go back through the first two seed beads.
Add another seed bead to the thread, as shown in figure 4 of the PDF Diagram. Loop your thread around the shank of the TierraCast antique copper-plated pewter Czech round button. Go back through the first three seed beads and the first hole of the Brick Bead. Go through the two seed beads added on this side of the Brick Bead. Add a seed bead and loop around the button shank several times.
Wrap your thread around both ends of the thread looping around the button shank, as shown in figure 5 of the PDF Diagram. Go back through the three seed beads on one side of the Brick Bead and then weave to secure and trim the thread.
Start a new thread or use the existing tail on the other end of the bracelet so that it is coming out of the first hole of the last copper Diamond Bead on one side, as shown in figure 6 of the PDF Diagram and detailed here:
Add two seed beads and then go through the first hole of the same Diamond Bead
Go down through the first hole of the corresponding Brick Bead and then through the second hole of the next copper Diamond Bead
Add two seed beads and go through the first hole of the same Diamond Bead
Go up through the second hole of the last Brick Bead
Add two seed beads and go through the first hole of the Brick Bead
Add two seed beads and go back through the second hole of the Brick Bead
Go back through the first two seed beads added
Add approximately 34 seed beads to the thread, as shown in figure 7 of the PDF Diagram. Go through the two seed beads on the other side of the Brick Bead to form a loop. Check that the loop fits the button and loop through the beads again to strengthen the loop. Then, weave back into the bracelet to secure and trim your thread.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown
below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from
the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up
the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color
