Glue a flat back rhinestone into the center of the Artbeads sterling silver pendant using two-part epoxy adhesive. Allow to dry and cure.
Add three fire-polished beads to an eye pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Attach the fire-polished link to the hoop earring using a jump ring. Attach the sterling silver pendant to the bottom of the fire-polished link using a jump ring.
Repeat these steps to make the other earring.
