Follow the instructions for the Square Knot using the olive Amiet cord as your center and side cords. Make approximately 14 plain square knots.
Add a gold metal bead to the next knot you make. Then, make 3 plain square knots. Repeat 1 time.
Add a gold metal bead to the next knot you make. Then, make 6 plain square knots.
Add the turtle bead to the next knot you make, pulling the sides of the knot tight so they fall under the turtle's belly.
Make a mirror image of the pattern on the other side of the turtle.
Knot the two cord ends you used to make the square knots to the back of the design and trim. Secure the knots with glue or a thread burner.
