Add a 5mm pearl, an 8mm pearl, and a bead cap to a head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Add a 5mm pearl to an eye pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the bead.
Attach the head pin dangle to the bottom of the bird link using a jump ring. Attach the eye pin link at the top of the bird link using a jump ring.
Open the loop of an earwire and attach to the wrapped loop at the top of the eye pin link. Close the loop.
Repeat these steps to make the other earring, making sure the bird link is turned the other way when attaching the pearl links and dangles, so the earrings look symmetrical.
