Create an elegant display with this PRESTIGE Crystal necklace!
For this project you will be stringing 3 strands of beading wire at the same time! As you string your beads, please refer to the photo and adjust your stringing tension as needed so that the beaded strands are spaced nicely in your necklace.
Cut three strands of beading wire, 30 inches long each. Place all three strands into a bead buddy. Please leave 6 inch tails sticking out the back of the bead buddy.
Now string onto all three strands 1 crimp tube, two 6mm bicones, 1 metal rondelle bead, and one 6mm bicone.
Separate out your strands and onto each of the three strands string: four 3mm bicones, three 4mm bicones, two 6mm bicones, three 4mm bicones, and four 3mm bicones. Now bring all three strands together and feed them all through one 6mm bicone, 1 metal rondelle bead, and 1 more 6mm bicone. Please see photo for reference.
Repeat the previous step 5 more times BUT make sure that when you get to the middle of the neclace, you add a metal spacer bail instead of the metal rondelle. It will be after you have a total of three beaded segments (please see photo for reference).
At this point you should have your main beading complete and the end of the beading wires should be sticking out a 6mm bicone. Add one more 6mm bicone and a crimp tube.
Loop all three beading wires through the loop on the side of one half of your magnetic clasp. Bring them back around and down through the crimp tube. Crimp your crimp tube, just like you would crimp a crimp tube with just one strand through it (the technique doesn't change just because you have three strands).
Go to the other side of your necklace, remove the bead buddy, and crimp your crimp bead on this end, the same way you did in the previous step.
Place crimp bead covers over your crimp tubes.
Place a small dab of glue into your bezel setting. Place your fancy stone pear pendant into the glue. Let dry.
Once dry, open a jump ring and connect it to the loop at the top of the pear pendant and also the loop attached to the bail which is strung onto your necklace already. Close the jump ring.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
