Open the center ring of the heart connector and attach the moon pendant. Close the ring.
Open one of the side rings of the heart connector and attach a star charm. Close the ring. Repeat with the ring on the other side of the heart connector.
Cut a length of braided cotton bolo cord approximately 15 inches. Attach your Moon focal using a jump ring at the top of the heart connector.
Add an end cap to one end of the cotton and crimp the end cap down around the leather by squeezing the middle with pliers. Repeat on the other end of the leather.
