This bracelet celebrates the beauty of bees!
Cut a length of the copper cord 12 inches longer than you need for a bracelet. Make a double knot in the cord, leaving an 8-inch tail.
Add 5 old gold seed beads, 5 cool gray seed beads, and 5 matte old gold seed beads. Repeat twice and then add 5 old gold seed beads. Make a double knot at the end of the beads.
Double knot the cord at each end of your bracelet to the size needed to fit over your hand, leaving a 1-inch tail from the knot. Add a old gold seed bead to each end and then make another double knot at the end of each seed bead. Trim each knot and secure with glue or a thread burner.
Make a sliding knot closure over the two ends of the bracelet using the same cord color. Leave each end of the closure cord long and double knot about an inch from each end. Add a old gold seed bead to each end and knot to secure the seed bead in place. Trim each knot and secure with glue or a thread burner.
Follow the instructions for the Square Knot. Instead of using two cords to start the knot, you will use three separate strands of the golden yellow cord. To start, knot the three cords together and then make approximately 5 plain square knots.
Add a cool gray seed bead to the next knot you make. Then, make one plain square knot. Repeat 4 times.
Add a matte old gold seed bead to the next knot you make. Then, make one plain square knot.
Add the honey bee bead to the next knot you make, pulling the sides of the knot tight so they fall under the bee.
Make a mirror image of the pattern on the other side of the turtle.
Knot the three cords together at the end of the square knot design to secure.
Cut the bracelet to the size needed to fit over your hand and knot the cords at each end of the bracelet together. Secure the knots with glue or a thread burner.
Make a sliding knot closure over the two ends of the bracelet using the same cord color. Knot the tails of the closure cord close to the sliding knot and trim. Secure with glue or a thread burner.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
