After you have stitched your brick stitch flag, zip up the top and bottom edges of the flag to create a tube, using peyote stitch techniques.
Add a 6mm bicone to a head pin, followed by your beaded tube. Add another 6mm bicone to the top of the tube and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Open the loop of an earwire and then add it to the wrapped loop at the top of your flag. Close the loop of the earwire.
Repeat these steps to make the other earring.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
