The spiraling shape of this pendant makes the style seem endless. Cheri created this pendant with Artbeads Designer Wire and then wrapped Dakota Stones gemstone beads to the form for a colorful touch. It's the perfect showcase for a necklace. Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Cut a length of 18 gauge Artbeads Designer Wire in Silver about one foot long. Smooth this piece of wire out with nylon jaw pliers.

Use round nose and chain nose/nylon jaw pliers to form the spiral shape of your pendant. You can see how this is done in the Artbeads Cafe video.

Cut about one yard of 26 gauge Artbeads Designer Wire in Silver. Smooth this piece of wire with nylon jaw pliers.

Starting in the center of the spiral, wrap your wire to the frame. Create several coils around the frame. Then, add a Dakota Stones teal apatite 3mm faceted rondelle bead to the wire. Wrap your wire around the frame, creating one coil. Then add a Dakota Stones green garnet 3mm faceted rondelle bead to the wire. Wrap your wire to create one coil. Add a Dakota Stones amethyst 3mm faceted rondelle bead to the wire. Wrap your wire to create one coil. Repeat this pattern until you reach the top of the spiral frame.

Coil your wire several times around the frame, then trim and tuck the ends of the wire.
