Don't put your style on lockdown this Halloween. This holiday is all about switching it up and this design will give you lots of different options. Wear it as a wrap bracelet or a necklace It also makes a wonderful decoration on a festive pumpkin. If you're going to a Halloween party, present this pumpkin to the host so she can use it as a decoration and then wear the jewelry all year round
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 51 inches long. Crimp one end to a 4.5mm gunmetal-plated 21 gauge open jump ring using a TierraCast 2x2mm black finish brass crimp tube. Attach a gunmetal-plated 12x6.5mm trigger clasp to the jump ring.
Purchase a decorative pumpkin from your local craft store. Ours is approximately nine inches in diameter. We used Black 18 gauge Artbeads Designer Wire to make the tendrils at the top of the pumpkin. Wrap the wire around a felt marker or pen and then use the ends of round nose pliers to tighten up the ends of the tendrils. Use chain nose pliers to push the wire into the pumpkin to your liking.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
