designed byCynthia Kimura
Approximate Size2 Inches
Aren't these the perfect earrings for the beach?
Dakota Stones tiger eye and white African opal gemstone beads combine in these lovely earrings full of versatile earth tones. You'll love the unique bead shapes, from the dangling ovals to the textured star cut beads. Nunn Design beads complete the organic style. Cynthia made these earrings during a Facebook Live Design Challenge. Watch her make this and other designs here.
Open the loop of a 2-inch gold-plated brass 21 gauge eye pin and attach it to the loop at the top of your gemstone dangle. Close the loop.
Add a Dakota Stones tiger eye 6mm star cut round bead to your eye pin, followed by a Czech glass 6mm round bead in opaque gold and smoky topaz luster, a Nunn Design antique gold-plated pewter mini organic metal bead, and a tiger eye bead. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.
Open the loop of the 14K/20 gold-filled ball end earwire. Attach it to the loop at the top of your earring. Close the loop.
Repeat steps 1-4 to make the other earring.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown
below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from
the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up
the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color
scheme—it’s up to you!
