This necklace includes Dakota Stones matte African turquoise beads in a fun variety of shapes. These cool shapes were fun to pair with other eye-catching elements, like Czech glass beads, brass chain, TierraCast components, and even some hemp cord. Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Cut a length of 20 gauge Antique Copper Artbeads Designer Wire approximately six inches long. Make a wrapped loop at one end of the wire, Add nine Dakota Stones matte African turquoise 5x15mm center-drilled flat chip beads to the wire and make a wrapped loop at the other end of the beads.

Cut a length of The BeadSmith .5mm hemp cord approximately 12 inches long. Knot it to the loop at one end of your gemstone link. Then, add the following pattern of beads to the cord, knotting between each bead as you go:

Three gemstone coins
Two Czech glass 8x10mm crystal with Picasso finish Saturn beads

Repeat this step for the wrapped loop on the other side of the gemstone link

Cut a length of brass curb chain from the matte black and brass oxide duo chain jewelry kit approximately two inches long. Use the hemp cord to knot it to one side of your necklace. Repeat on the other side.

Cut a length of Designer Wire approximately 2-3 inches long. Make a wrapped loop and add a Saturn bead. Make a wrapped loop at the other end of the bead. Open the last link of chain on one side of the necklace and attach your link. Close the link of chain. Repeat this step for the other side of the necklace.

Cut a length of brass chain approximately 1 1/2 inches. Open the link on one end and attach it to the Saturn link at one end of your necklace. Close the link. Open the link on the other end of the chain and attach half of the TierraCast antique gold-plated pewter lotus magnetic clasp set. Close the link. Repeat this step on the other side of the necklace.
