Create a royal look with this fancy necklace. Our designer had fun using components like SilverSilk and intricate beads from TierraCast®. The rich gold and purple colors come together in a unique design that will bring elegance to your looks for any occasion.
Cut a one-foot piece of the 2mm plum satin cord. String one 1.0x5.8mm sterling silver open jump ring onto the cord. Slide it to the center of the cord. This will be used later. Thread a 4x4mm sterling silver crimp tube onto one end of the cord followed by a 1.0x9.0mm sterling silver open jump ring. Fold approximately 1/2 inch of the ribbon over the jump ring, and thread it back through the crimp tube. Use chain nose pliers to crimp the crimp tube and trim any excess silk. Repeat on the other end of the cord. Connect the jump rings on both ends to one 1.0x9.0mm jump ring, and attach this third jump ring to the loop portion of the Hill Tribe Silver textured round toggle clasp. Repeat this process for the second piece of ribbon, substituting the bar portion of the toggle clasp for the loop portion.

Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
