A fresh summer outfit or a snappy fall ensemble is not complete without the perfect accessories. Luckily, this cool bracelet works with any look It comes together quickly and easily and is chock full of contemporary style. Mix up the colors of the beads and cord to completely tailor this idea to your tastes. Be ready for any outing with great accessories made by you
Follow the technique for making a shamballa style bracelet. Instead of laying one strand of the Lovely Knots 1mm turquoise Chinese Knotting cord in the center of the folded strand, you will be working with two strands in the center. Make a square knot around the two center strands and then thread some TOHO 6/0 bead round hybrids in metallic copper penny onto the two center strands. Thread more beads than you think you need, as they will snug up close to each other. We used 28 beads on one strand and 29 beads on the other. If you are having trouble threading the beads onto the cord, add a dab of adhesive to the ends of the cord to stiffen them.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
