This is a wonderful way to showcase this unique feather pendant.

The TierraCast Western Winds collection features bold components you'll love featuring in your jewelry designs. This bracelet project features the large feather pendant from the collection at the center of the design. All you need to turn this pendant into the perfect bracelet focal are some hole punching pliers and bracelet bending pliers. Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Mark the location of where you want to punch your hole on the TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter 3-inch feather with a permanent marker. Then, use 1.8mm round hole punch pliers to punch the hole. If you need to widen the hole to fit your stringing material, use a file once the hole is punched.

Give the feather pendant a gentle curve with the bracelet bending pliers, so that it will lay on your wrist nicely.

Cut a length of Leather Cord USA 2mm natural red brown round leather approximately eight inches long. Tie one end to the loop of the feather pendant by making an overhand knot. Repeat and attach the other piece of the leather to the punched hole at the other end of the pendant.

Make a sliding knot closure with the two ends of the leather.

Slide two colorful beads and a TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter Western bead onto a TierraCast nickel=plated 2-inch 21 gauge head pin. We don't carry the exact beads used in this example, but we have listed some close alternatives in the supplies list below (a Czech glass 4mm Siam Ruby rondelle bead and a Dakota Stones blue crazy lace agate 6mm roundel bead). Once you have added your beads, make a simple loop at the top of the beads.

Open the simple loop of your dangle and attach it to the loop of the feather pendant. Close the simple loop.

You can repeat these steps to make a bracelet with silk ribbon. For the sliding knot closure on the silk ribbon bracelet, you can just make overhand knots.
