Cut two lengths of 18 gauge Vintage Bronze Artbeads Designer Wire approximately three times longer than the finish length desired. Attach each end of the wire to the Beadalon multi-strand wire twister. Twist the wire until you are satisfied or until the wire breaks.

Use a piece of the twisted wire to make the frame for your pendant. The larger loop of the frame was formed around a highlighter marker. Use the small mandrel on the Wubbers large bail making pliers to form the arches. Use the small mandrel on the Wubbers small bail making pliers to form the smallest loops at the ends of the wire.

Cut a two-foot length of 24 gauge Vintage Bronze Artbeads Designer Wire and wrap it to the frame, where the smallest loop and the frame meet. Wire wrap the Czech glass 3x5mm transparent turquoise with copper finish faceted roundel beads around the outside of the frame. Finish the wire the same way you started it, by wrapping it on the other side where the smallest loop and the frame meet.

String a Czech glass aqua with purple luster table cut bicone bead onto a TierraCast 2-inch 20 gauge brass oxide pewter head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the bead. Cut a six-inch piece of 24 gauge wire and start wrapping it around the frame where the two medium loops meet. While wrapping, add the dangle so that it hangs in the center of the frame. Continue wrapping and trim any excess wire.

Use the small mandrel on the Wubbers medium bail making pliers to make two jump rings out of your twisted wire. Use the small mandrel on the Wubbers large bail making pliers to make two more jump rings out of your twisted wire. Connect the larger jump ring to one of the medium loops on the pendant using one of the smaller jump rings. Repeat for the other medium loop.

Cut the hand-dyed silk light turquoise ribbon in half and attach one end to one of the larger jump rings. Fold the cut end of the ribbon around the jump ring and wrap with 24 gauge wire. Trim the wire and tuck in the ends. Repeat for the other side of the necklace.
