First Sign of Spring Necklace Tutorial

Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 20 inches long. Slide a sterling silver 2x2mm crimp tube on one end, followed by one half of the TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter floral toggle clasp. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.

Add the following pattern to the jewelry wire:

• One TierraCast silver 3mm faceted Heishi spacer
• One Dakota Stones white moonstone 4-6mm pebble bead
• One faceted spacer
• One Dakota Stones 2mm peridot round bead
• One moonstone bead
• One peridot bead
• One moonstone bead
• One peridot bead
• One TierraCast silver 3mm beaded Heishi spacer
• One peridot bead and one moonstone bead (Repeat three times)
• One beaded spacer, one peridot bead, and one beaded spacer
• One moonstone bead and one peridot bead (Repeat three times)
• One beaded spacer
• One peridot bead and one moonstone bead (Repeat three times)
• One beaded spacer, one peridot bead, and one beaded spacer
• One moonstone bead and one peridot bead (Repeat three times)
• One Dakota Stones Canadian jade 6mm rondelle bead
• One TierraCast antique silver Turkish spacer bead
• One Dakota Stones Canadian jade 10mm round bead and one faceted spacer (Repeat two times)

Add three peridot beads to the strand and then make a mirror image of the bead pattern. Slide a crimp tube onto the wire, followed by the other half of the clasp. Go back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.

Cut a length of 22 gauge Silver Artbeads Designer Wire approximately six inches long. Wrap one end to the bottom of the Nunn Design antique silver-plated pewter mini square open frame charm. Slide a beaded spacer, a Canadian jade rondelle, and another beaded spacer onto the wire. Wrap the other end of the wire around the side of the square so that the rondelle sits in the corner of the frame charm.

Cut another length of Artbeads Designer Wire approximately six inches long. Wrap it to the bottom of the square charm, to the left of your first wrap. Add a faceted spacer, a moonstone bead, and a faceted spacer to the wire. Wrap the other end of the wire around the top of the frame, so that the moonstone bead sits next to the Canadian jade rondelle.

Use two 925/10 silver-filled 4mm 19 gauge open jump rings to attach your wire-wrapped focal to the center of your necklace, between the three peridot beads.
