Trace the back of the 29mm Kaputt oval fancy stone in Crystal Metallic Blue onto the the 4.25x5.5-inch white bead backing and two pieces of felt. Cut out the shape of the stone. The holes don't need to be exact.

Glue the fancy stone onto a piece of felt so that the back comes through the hole you cut out. Glue another piece of felt to this felt in the same manner. Glue the white bead backing onto the back of the felt, so that the stone back comes through the hole in this, too. Allow to dry. At this point, you can cut the middle piece of felt as close as possible to the fancy stone. This will make it easier to get your needle through the layers of felt.

Add a ring of Miyuki 11/0 round seed beads in Duracoat galvanized seafoam green around the stone using the two-seed-bead backstitch. Cut the felt and the bead backing close to the stone, taking care not to cut any of your threads.

Glue another piece of felt onto the bead backing and trim it. Allow to dry.

Add a seed bead edge using Miyuki 8/0 round seed beads in silver-lined light gold with the bezel brick stitch technique. Make sure to stitch into the bead backing and the last piece of felt and to pull tight on your thread to close the felt and bead backing together.

Add a picot edge to the brick stitch edge using three seafoam seed beads for each picot edge.

Cut a length of 5x4.5mm satin Hamilton gold-plated flat cable chain approximately 20 inches long. Attach an 8mm satin Hamilton gold-plated 18 gauge open jump ring to the center link using a 6mm satin Hamilton gold-plated 18 gauge open jump ring. Sew the bigger jump ring onto the back of your pendant. Attach the JBB gold-plated pewter leaf and flower hook and eye clasp to each end of the chain using 6mm jump rings.
