Cut three lengths of 1.5mm natural red brown round leather about 17 3/4 inches long each. Slide the ends of the leather into a JBB 3mm antique sterling silver crimp end cap with loop and crimp the middle of the cap closed around the strands of leather.

Slide a TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter spiral EuroBead onto all three strands of leather, followed by three TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter medium love knot spacers, an antique silver-plated pewter star and swirl design curved tube bead, three love knot spacers, and a spiral EuroBead. Finish the other ends of the leather strands with another JBB end cap.

Attach each end of the leather strands to half of the Hill Tribe silver teardrop toggle clasp using a 6mm antique silver-plated 18 gauge open jump ring.

Cut five lengths of jewelry wire approximately 15 inches long each. Slide a sterling silver 3x3mm crimp tube onto the ends of all five strands, then bring the ends around the loop of a 1 1/2-inch 22 gauge sterling silver eye pin and back through the crimp tube. Flatten and pinch the crimp tube shut using chain nose pliers.

Add a random pattern of seed beads from the Artbeads Green Pastel Designer Blend, faceted rounds from the 4mm Round Verdant Sunshine Designer Blend, and Miyuki 11/0 round seed beads in opaque metallic bronze. Cynthia followed this general pattern for each strand:

• 6-14 Green Pastel seed beads
• a Miyuki round, a faceted round, and another Miyuki round
• 12-18 Green Pastel seed beads
• a Miyuki round, a faceted round, and a Miyuki round
• 13-21 Green Pastel seed beads
• A Miyuki round, a faceted round, and another Miyuki round

Slide a few Miyuki rounds onto some of the strands. These will be hidden by the 14mm large-hole Pearl in Crystal Iridescent Green, so play with this number until you get the right fit with the large-hole bead.

Add Miyuki rounds onto all of the strands. These will fit inside the antique silver-plated pewter arch shaped scroll design tube bead, so add enough to match the length of the tube bead. If it's helpful, slide the tube bead on first, then string the Miyuki rounds onto the strands and into the tube bead. Make a mirror image of the bead pattern on the other side of the tube bead.

Slide a 3mm crimp tube onto the ends of the jewelry wire strands, loop the strands around an eye pin and back through the crimp tube and flatten the crimp tube with chain nose pliers.

Slide a JBB antique silver-plated brass basket weave cone onto the eye pin at one end of your beaded strands, followed by a Miyuki round, a faceted round, and a Miyuki round. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Repeat on the other end of the beaded strands.

Cut a six-inch piece of 6.8mm antique silver-plated brass double-link cable chain and attach it to one end of the beaded strands using a 6mm jump ring. Attach the other end of the chain to the clasp attached to one end of the leather strands. Repeat this step on the other side of the beaded strands.
