Collar chains are a great way to add a little something extra to your style. You can wear them at the tips of a shirt collar, on a jean jacket, or to keep a sweater in place. They are fun accessories to make and then wear This collar chain features Raven's Journey Czech glass flower beads as accents to the fiery rose gold chain. You can see more ways to use chain, including even more collar chain examples, in this Artbeads Cafe episode.
Glue a Czech glass 14mm Capri blue transparent matte with dark bronze wash wild rose bead onto the front of a clutch pin using 5-minute epoxy adhesive. We do not currently sell clutch pins individually, but you can find them in our Assorted Brick Stitch Findings Kit in the Perfect Product Pairings below. Glue a bright silver anodized aluminum 4.76mm 16 gauge open jump ring to the back of the clutch pin so that there is enough room to attach chain with another jump ring. Repeat to create two clutch pins and allow to dry.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
