Cut triangular shapes out of the Lillypilly 4x8.5-inch abstract blue suede sheet. Cut strips of fringe into the triangles, making sure not to cut all the way to the top, so the triangles stay intact. Create another triangle out of the suede, this one slightly larger for longer fringe. Your fringe will be about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches long, so make sure your triangles are about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long.
