PRESTIGE Crystal Citrus Green beads make a spring splash in this cheerful necklace design.
Layer the pear-shaped crystal pendant on top of the Gardanne Beads enameled pendant by adding the enameled pendant to the 7mm open jump ring and then adding the crystal pendant. Close the jump ring.
Add a yellow seed bead to an eye pin, followed by a turquoise crystal bead and a yellow seed bead. Make a simple loop at the top of the beads.
Attach one end of the beaded dangle to the sterling silver bail. Attach the other end to the layered crystal and enameled pendants. Set your focal aside for now.
Add a 3mm bicone to a head pin, followed by a flower bead and another 3mm bicone. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Repeat this step 5 times for a total of 6 dangles. Set aside for now.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 11 inches long. Slide a crimp tube onto one end, followed by a closed jump ring. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.
Add the following pattern to the wire:
Add the bail of your pendant to the wire and then make a mirror image of the bead pattern on the other side of the bail.
Add a crimp tube to the end of your wire, followed by a closed jump ring. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place.
Cut your silk ribbon in half.
Bring the cut end of one ribbon through a barrel bead. Loop the ribbon around the jump ring at one end of your necklace and back through the barrel bead. Use tweezers to help get the ribbon through the barrel bead. Crimp the barrel bead down around the ribbon using flat nose or nylon jaw pliers. Repeat on the other side of the necklace with the other half of the ribbon.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
