Create a unique jewelry design with pendants like our Gardanne Beads enameled cicada pendant.
Cut a length of jewelry wire approximately 15 inches. Slide a crimp tube onto the end of the wire, followed by the last link of a 4 3/4-inch length of chain. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube and crimp in place. Hide the crimp with a crimp cover.

Add the following pattern to the wire:
Repeat this pattern 5 times, leaving off the last copper bead.
Add the Gardanne Beads cicada pendant to the wire using a large oval jump ring. Make a mirror image of the bead pattern on the other side of the pendant.
Add a crimp tube to the end of the wire, followed by the last link of another 4 3/4-inch length of chain. Bring the wire back through the crimp tube, crimp in place, and hide with a crimp cover.
Attach each half of the toggle clasp to each end of the chain using a jump ring for each.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
