Our Designer Blends and Bead Mixes are perfect for making lots of jewelry - and you'll have plenty of beads leftover to make even more!
These limited edition bead mixes featured a various amount of certain beads, so feel free to make your own variations on these designs. To make the earrings, we used simple techniques like wrapped loops to link the head pin and eye pin dangles together. For the Christmas tree earrings, we used oval jump rings to add the little dangles at the bottom. Refer to the pictures above to see what beads we used for our earrings.
To make a stretch bracelet, add the desired amount of beads to stretch cord and make a surgeon’s knot in the ends and trim. Refer to the picturews above to see what beads we used for our bracelet.
To make the wreath, cut a length of 24 gauge wire approximately three feet long. Add 8 leaf beads to the center of the wire and make a loop to create the wreath shape. Twist the ends of the wire together to secure the wreath. Use the wire to wrap red beads around the front of the leaf beads, coiling or twisting the wire between each leaf to secure the red beads in place. When you reach the top of the wreath again, use your wire to make a bow with gold seed beads.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
