Beadtober is back! You all love our #Beadtober challenges, so we’re challenging you again this year. For the entire month of October, we’ll be sharing prompts each week to inspire your creativity. Each week, we’ll post a new Beadtober challenge in our private #SeriousArtbeaders Facebook group based on that week’s theme. You can participate all 4 weeks or feel free to pick which week you would like to participate. 

• Join the #SeriousArtbeaders Facebook group.
• Watch for the official Beadtober post at the beginning of each challenge week on Thursdays (we'll pin this post to the top of the Facebook page so it's easy to find). 
• Share a photo of your creation in the comments of that week’s official post. Your entry can be a new project made for the challenge or something you’ve created in the past that fits the theme. (Stand alone posts will not qualify for the weekly challenge)
• At the end of each challenge week, one winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries to receive a $50 Artbeads E-Gift Card! We will tag and announce the winner in the post. Once the winner is chosen, the comments will be closed.
• Come back the next week and do it all over again. There are four weekly challenges and four chances to win!

Challenge Prompts

• Week 1: 10/1-10/7 Autumnal Beauty

  • Share anything that speaks to the beauty of Autumn! Leaf beads, warm metallic colors mixed together, acorn jewelry, pumpkins, and so much more. You can share finished jewelry, beads in your stash, WIPs - anything that inspires your jewelry style!

• Week 2: 10/8-10/14 Mystical & Magical

  • Share your mystical & magical jewelry pieces or items from your bead stash. It's a perfect time to try this year's Pantone Color of the Year: Cloud Dancer - an airy and ethereal shade of white. If you've already worked with this color this year, we want to see it. If you're wanting to work with this color, we've got lots of options to inspire you. Crystal pearls, gemstones, and more. Let's get mystical and magical!

• Week 3: 10/15-10/21 Dark & Dramatic

  • It's time to bring the drama. This week is all about gothic beauty, vampiric statement pieces, dramatic black beads, anything that inspires dark luxury. Check out our selection of Swarovski crystals in Jet to get inspired or shop our Gothic-style items.  

• Week 4: 10/22-10/31 Happy HalloWEEK

  • In the week leading up to Halloween, share your spookiest looks! It's a great time to share Halloween crafts, jewelry with scary flair, pieces inspired by creepy crawlies - anything to get you in the spooky spirit!
