Use TierraCast's Renewal collection to showcase classic favorites like the bee bead. We used the honeycomb link as a platform for the beautiful bee in this ring.
Cut a length of Artbeads Designer Wire approximately 12 inches long. Center the TierraCast Honey Bee Bead onto the center of the wire.
Coil one end of the wire to the top of the TierrCast honeycomb link. Coil the wire around about 5 times for a secure hold. Trim the wire to the back of the link.
Make sure the honey bee is pushed up to the top of the wire, where it's coiled to the link. Then, coil the bottom of the wire to the bottom of the honeycomb link in the same manner. Trim the wire to the back of the link.
Gently bend the link to curve around your finger.
Create an odd-count peyote stitch band 3 beads wide using the Miyuki Delicas. Stitch the band to the desired ring size, keeping the length of the honeycomb link in mind. Our ring band is 26 beads long.

Stitch the end of the band to one side of the honeycomb link and secure and trim your thread. Start a new thread on the other side of the band and stitch to the other side of the honeycomb link. Secure and trim your thread.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
