Half-Hard

Wire hardness refers to the malleability or stiffness of the wire. Typically, you'll find three different wire hardnesses available for your projects: full-hard, half-hard, and dead-soft. Half-hard wire is stiff but still workable. It will retain its shape better for jump rings and findings, but is not as easy to manipulate as dead-soft wire, especially in the heavier gauges.
