Gold Snowflake Obsidian
Gold snowflake obsidian (also known as spider web obsidian) is made of basalt, andesite, rhyolite, and trachyte. It has a dark color with swirling accents of gold.
Obsidian is a volcanic glass formed in the latest stages of volcanic eruptions. It has long been used to make arrowheads and knives, along with jewelry and ornamental carvings. The Aztecs believed obsidian to be a "divine stone."
