Cut a length of Silver 24 gauge Artbeads Designer Wire about a foot long. Bend the end at around the half-inch mark to make a tail for the back of the earring.

Wrap the long end of the wire once around the bottom of the TierraCast antique copper-plated artisan toggle clasp set. Make a second loop around the ring, stopping at the bottom of the ring. Use round nose pliers to make a loop at the bottom of this wrap (for the dangles), then finish the wrap to the back of the artisan toggle. Repeat this process until you have five loops at the bottom of the artisan toggle. Finish your wire to the back of the earring, hooking the end of the wire to the tail at the beginning.

Cut a length of wire approximately six inches and wrap it to the top of the artisan toggle in the same manner, this time only creating one loop in the center of the toggle.

String a TierraCast silver 3mm faceted heishi spacer onto a 2-inch 24 gauge sterling silver head pin, followed by three 2mm Czech glass beads and a TierraCast antique copper 3mm faceted spacer. Attach it to the first loop at the bottom of the toggle by making a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Make another dangle in this fashion and attach it to the last loop in the same manner.

String a silver spacer onto a head pin, followed by three Czech glass beads, a copper spacer, and two Czech glass beads. Attach it to the second loop at the bottom of the toggle by making a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Make another dangle in this fashion and attach it to the fourth loop in the same manner.

String a silver spacer onto a head pin, followed by three Czech glass beads, a copper spacer, three Czech glass beads, and a silver spacer. Attach it to the third and center loop at the bottom of the toggle by making a wrapped loop at the top of the beads.

Add a silver spacer to a head pin, followed by a copper spacer and a Czech glass bead. Attach it to the loop you made at the top of the toggle by making a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. It will dangle in the center hole of the toggle.

Open the loop of the TierraCast 14K20 rose gold-filled earwire with loop and attach it to the top of the toggle. Close the loop.

Repeat steps one through eight to make the other earring.
