Add a Czech glass 4mm ColorTrends Saturated Metallic Grenadine fire-polished bead to a gold-filled 2-inch eye pin, followed by a 30mm Crystal Metallic Sunshine Fine Rocks Tube Bead, and another fire-polished bead. Make a simple loop at the top of the beads.
