,Fold the tips of the brass fancy wings filigree to fit the top of the 2 oz container, but do not attach it to the tin yet. Glue the antique brass round donut to the center of the filigree with Gem-Tac permanent adhesive. Glue the 12mm rivoli in light siam to the inside of the donut. Allow to dry.
Glue the flatback crystals to the antique brass beautiful pendant using Gem-Tac permanent adhesive. The SS7 crystals fit the top layer of the pendant, while the SS9 crystals fit on the two larger layers.
