Single Strand Bracelet

Cut two lengths of Leather Cord USA .5mm natural red brown round leather approximately 4 inches long.

Thread one piece of leather through the loop on one end of the JBB sterling silver tiny leaf link. Fold the end of the leather back down on itself. Cut a foot of each color of Hana beading thread (Pool, Goldfish, and Goldenrod). Wrap the first color around both sides of the folded leather, close to the loop. Repeat several times, then switch colors, wrap several times, and switch colors again. Secure and trim the ends of the thread. Knot the end of the leather near the wrapped thread and trim any excess tail. Repeat this step on the other side of the leaf link.

Double Cord Thread Wrapping

Pass one end of the bracelet through a sterling silver 3x3mm crimp tube. Pass the other end of the bracelet through the same crimp tube, going in the opposite direction. Using the mighty crimper tool, crimp the tube with the leather to each side of the crease in the crimp. Crimp just enough that the leather is snug but can still slide through the crimp. Knot the ends of the leather and trim any excess tail.

Double Strand Bracelet

Add a sterling silver 3.55mm open jump ring to each end of a leaf link.

Cut a length of leather approximately 9 inches long. Thread one piece of leather through the jump ring attached to one end of the leaf so that the leather is centered on the jump ring. Fold the leather down for a double-strand look. Cut a 2-foot length of Pool Hana beading thread and wrap it around both strands, close to the fold in the leather. End this wrap and then make another wrap about half of an inch further down both strands of leather. End this wrap and then make one more wrap another half of an inch down. Repeat this step on the other side of the leaf link.

Pass the two ends of leather on one side of the bracelet through a 3x3mm crimp tube. Pass the other two ends of the leather on the other side of the bracelet through the same crimp tube, going in the opposite direction. Crimp the tube with two strands of leather to each side of the crease in the crimp. Crimp just enough that the leather is snug but can still slide through the crimp. Knot the two leather strands on each end of the bracelet together and trim any excess tails.
