Attach a four-link length of sterling silver 055 flat cable chain to the center loop of the JBB 6-loop heart pendant using two 925/10 silver-filled 4x5mm 21 gauge oval open jump rings linked together. Attach a 22mm pear-shaped pendant in Light Siam Shimmer to the bottom of the chain using a TierraCast medium sterling silver open round jump ring. Attach the silk ribbon dangles you made in the previous step to the loop on either side of the center dangle using an oval jump ring for each.

Cut a length of green silk ribbon approximately 2 1/2 inches long. Add an end cap to one end. Open an oval jump ring and add the silk ribbon dangle to the jump ring. Then, add a 16-link length of chain to the jump ring, followed by a 7-link length of chain. Attach the jump ring to the next loop over on the heart and close the jump ring.

Slide a TierraCast silver antique small Turkish heishi spacer onto a 2-inch 22 gauge sterling silver head pin, followed by a 6mm bicone in Erinite Shimmer and a TierraCast silver antique 5mm leaf bead cap. Make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Slide a 4mm bicone in Light Siam Shimmer 2X onto a head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Attach these two dangles to the end of the 7-link chain using an oval jump ring. Attach a TierraCast rhodium-plated pewter small dagger charm to the 16-link chain using an oval jump ring.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the loop on the other side of the center.

Open an oval jump ring and add a 4-link length of chain, followed by a 7-link length of chain. Attach to the outer loop on one side of the heart and close the jump ring.

Slide a spacer, a 6mm bicone in Light Sapphire Shimmer, and a bead cap onto a head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Slide a spacer, an Erinite bicone, and a bead cap onto another head pin and make a wrapped loop at the top of the beads. Slide a 4mm Light Siam bicone onto a head pin and create a wrapped loop. Add these dangles to the end of the 4 link chain using an oval jump ring. Attach a dagger charm to the end of the 7-link chain using an oval jump ring.

Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the outer loop on the other side of the heart.

Attach the top loop of the heart to a TierraCast antique silver-plated pewter heart bead bail using an oval jump ring.

Slide the 3-foot hand-dyed silk ribbon in blue/white blend through the bail.
