It's always fun to mix colors, patterns and textures when designing jewelry, like Cynthia did in her Boho Blue necklace. The different gemstone beads, the many shapes on display and the cool blend of colors create an effortlessly stylish look you can wear anytime. Add your favorite strands of Dakota Stones beads and make this look your own
Cut a strand of jewelry wire to your desired length, keeping in mind that the final necklace will be connected with short lengths of the 11x7.5mm antique brass-plated textured and plain link chain. Our strand of jewelry wire is approximately 16 inches long. Crimp one end of the wire to a 5.5mm antique brass-plated 21 gauge open jump ring using a 14k/20 gold-filled 2x2mm crimp tube and a 14k/20 gold-filled 2.5mm crimp cover.
Nice choice! All or most of the products needed for this project are shown below with quantities. Sometimes we sell out of components and aren’t able to order more from the manufacturer (we know, it is very disappointing to us, too). Use the opportunity to mix up the design and make it yours by substituting similar products or altering the entire color scheme—it’s up to you!
