Amethyst Shimmer Bicones are the perfect match for the Burgundy DeLite stone at the center of this necklace. Becky added in a few TOHO seed beads that also work wonderfully with these colors. They certainly stand out on the dainty gold-filled chain.

Step-by-Step Instructions Expand All Steps

Glue the 30x20mm fancy pear crystal in Burgundy DeLite LacquerPro into the gold-plated charm setting using five-minute epoxy adhesive. Allow to dry.

Using Two-Part Epoxy Adhesive Video Tutorial

Slide a 6mm XILION Bicone in Amethyst Shimmer onto a 2-inch gold-plated brass 21 gauge eye pin, followed by a TOHO 3/0 inside-color rainbow Rosaline/opaque purple-lined round bead, and another bicone. Make a simple loop at the top of the beads. Repeat three times for a total of four beaded links.

Simple Loop Tutorial

Cut a length of gold-filled 040 Figaro chain approximately 3 3/4 inches long. Open the loop of one of your beaded links and attach it to one end of the chain. Close the loop. Attach another beaded link to the other end of the chain.

Cut a length of chain approximately one inch long. Attach it to the beaded link on one end of your necklace. Repeat on the other side of the necklace.

Attach a beaded link to each end of the necklace.

Cut a length of chain approximately eight inches long. Attach it to the beaded link on one end of your necklace. Repeat on the other side of the necklace.

Attach the TierraCast gold-plated pewter hammered hook and eye clasp set to each end of the necklace using a gold-filled 14K 4.30mm open jump ring for each.

Attach your pendant to the center of the necklace using a JBB brass dot design pinch bail.
