COVID-19 UPDATE
In the wake of COVID-19, Artbeads has taken precautionary measures by minimizing our customer service hours, suppressing interactions in the warehouse, and diligently maintaining clean work stations. Strict but necessary actions that we have taken include remotely working from home if possible, and where orders are being filled employees are well-spaced, temperatures are being taken as one walks in the door, and multiple shifts have been enacted in order to shrink the number of employees in the building at any given time. For the time being, please understand that your orders may take a few extra days to get out the door and our customer service team is working hard to get through all of your important emails.
Please also note that guaranteed delivery times from UPS and FedEx are no longer possible due to the current state of overload these carriers are experiencing.
