**How to Use Manipulating Hoops**
Create wine glass charms or hoop earrings by sliding beads and charms directly onto the hoop. When finished, use round-nose or narrow flat-nose pliers to gently bend the rounded wire end upward. Close the hoop by guiding the bent end up through the hole in the flat side until it clicks into place. Additional charms can be added using jump rings or split rings for extra decoration.
